3º ESO Unit 7 Grammar
- Will and won't are used when we are sure about a future action or event.
- May and Might are used when we feel less sure but think the action or event is possible. It might rain this afternoon.
- We normally use will to ask questions about the future.
- Questions with may or might are unusual, apart from when making requests as in May I go to the toilet?
Gap-fill exercise: will, may, might or won't
The Future Continuous is used to talk about actions in progress at a point in time the future, as in I will be lying on the beach next Saturday.

Reported Speech Statements
If we report what another person has said, we usually do not use the speaker’s exact words (direct speech), but reported (indirect) speech. Therefore, you need to learn how to transform direct speech into reported speech. The structure is a little different depending on whether you want to transform a statement, question or request. First, we are going to focus on reporting statements.
